There are moments in life that bring us to our knees, moments that remind us just how fragile and precious each heartbeat truly is. This past week, our family faced such a moment when my daughter-in-law and youngest son lost their third child, our fourth grandbaby, to miscarriage.
The grief is real. The ache is heavy. And yet in the middle of that sorrow, we’ve felt the strength of family holding us together. At OTG, family isn’t just a word—it’s the foundation of everything we do. It’s the campfire stories passed from one generation to the next, the laughter echoing down the trails, the quiet prayers whispered under a sky full of stars.
When we first envisioned OTG Adventure Park, it wasn’t just about trails and cabins—it was about roots. It was about creating a place where people could come together, where families could build memories, where life’s highs and lows could be shared in the comfort of community.
This week has been a reminder of why that matters so deeply. Life doesn’t always give us what we hoped for, but it does give us one another. And here, on this land, we’ve seen how healing can begin in the stillness of the hills, the warmth of a bonfire, or the joy of gathering together for something as simple as a shared meal.
As the seasons turn, we’re looking forward to moments that bring light into the shadows:
- The Haunted Maze this October, where laughter and a little fright meet under the autumn sky. 👻
 - A Thanksgiving Feast at the ranch, a time to gather in gratitude with old friends and new. 🍂🦃
 - Quiet nights filled with stargazing and stories, where the sky reminds us of both our smallness and our belonging. 🌌

Our family grieves, but we also hope. And we welcome you to walk this journey with us—to come out, make memories, and be part of the OTG family. Because in the end, this place isn’t just about adventure. It’s about roots. It’s about community. It’s about remembering that where the road ends, your story begins.
Stay grounded,
OTG Adventure Park Family
