The Ranch House
OTG (Off The Grid) Adventure Park has lots of room for everyone to relax and have a great time. OTG is a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Whether you prefer nature with a glass of wine under the stars or swimming/fishing in the lake after a hike, OTG is for you. This slice of paradise has incredible views. Sit at Goat Cliff with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. You might see some furry friends you might not see in the city. They are wild animals, so please be cautious if you see one.
The space
Sitting on nearly 900 acres of blissful nature is a cozy and charming home. We have loved this home for many years and now we want to share our piece of paradise with you.
The home has 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds (3 queen beds, 3 twin beds, and a set of bunk beds), and 3 full bathrooms. Air mattresses are available, and 2 sections of the couch recline as well.
While we recommend disconnecting from technology, this home does have Wi-Fi and a TV you are free to use. There is no cable TV at the park, but streaming services and an antenna are available. There is also a DVD player with multiple DVDs to choose from, or you can bring your own.
There is a full kitchen for you to use, so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything to cook with. There is a propane grill and a small BBQ grill that you can use as well. You are welcome to cook over an open flame in the smaller fire pit (there are 2 fire pits on the property).
If you need to do laundry during your stay, there is a full-size washing machine for you to use. We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the location of the dryer it is not available at this time for guest use.
We do allow pets, but please keep an eye on them, as there are cacti around and other wildlife. We provide a food and water bowl for our furry guests.
Guest access
Inside the home: During your stay, you will have access to the entire house. There are 2 closets that are not for guest use, and they are locked. One is in front of the door by the kitchen, and the other is a small closet in the living room located by the bar area.
Outside the home: The area where the 2 Red Barns and white Pump House is located is off limits to guests. It’s a work in progress—basically a construction project area. But please feel free to roam about on all other parts of the property.
Other things to note
At OTG Adventure Park, we enjoy being able to see some furry friends you might not find in the city. They are wild animals, so please be cautious if you see one.
OTG does run on well water, so if that is not your drink of choice, please feel free to bring bottled water.
We want your visit to be a comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free experience. Please let me know if you are in need of anything to make your stay more pleasant.
