What to Bring

For Guided Tours:
- Closed-toe, over-the-ankle boots
- Long pants and layered shirts
- Sunglasses or protective eyewear
- Sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Valid driver’s license
- Signed waiver (can be completed digitally or on-site)

For Trail Pass Holders:
- Your own ATV or UTV (must meet safety standards)
- Tow straps and emergency gear
- Spark arrestor
- DOT-compliant helmet (mandatory)
Printed or digital trail map (provided upon arrival)

What to Bring for Your Cabin Stay

All cabins come stocked with linens and cookware—no need to bring your own.

Parking:
Free parking is available on-site. Designated areas are marked for trailers and gear drop-off.
Safety & Requirements
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following policies are strictly enforced:

All riders must sign a liability waiver prior to participation

ATV drivers must be at least 16 years old

Passengers must be at least 14 years old with parent or guardian consent

Helmets must be worn at all times while operating or riding in an ATV or UTV

Alcohol is strictly prohibited during all off-road activities

All vehicles—whether provided by OTG or brought by guests—must meet safety and compliance standards, including proper maintenance and required safety equipment
Policies
Cancellation Policy

Full refund available with at least 72 hours’ notice

50% refund available with at least 24 hours’ notice

No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows
Weather Policy
OTG Adventures operates in all weather conditions except when trail safety is compromised. If conditions require us to close trails or cancel tours, guests may choose to reschedule or receive full credit toward a future visit.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome on the property and in cabins, but must be leashed or securely contained at all times. A refundable pet deposit is required for cabin stays. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and ensuring they do not disturb wildlife or other guests.
Group Policy
For groups larger than 10 guests, please contact us directly to coordinate a custom booking. We’re happy to accommodate private groups, team retreats, and special occasions with advance notice.
